4th Annual Commercial and Residential Development Seminar

This popular seminar has attracted a standing-room-only audience of real estate professionals, retailers, attorneys, finance professionals, developers, bankers, and community activists in the past from as far away as Manhattan and Middlesex County and Bergen County, NJ.  After a substantial buffet dinner (including wine), municipal officials will present 15-minute summaries of current and future commercial and residential developments in their respective communities, followed by a 15-minute question-and-answer session.  We will also draw for several door prizes.  So much local "inside" information, food, and fun in so little investment of time!

Members of the Irvington Springfield Avenue Business Improvement District (ISABID) enjoy free admission as the primary sponsor of the seminar.  Businesses that have paid their 2024 dues to the Irvington Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber of Commerce (ICC) of the Oranges (CCO) can register at the discounted $15 admission fee.  For all others, the admission fee is $25.  Meanwhile, businesses that pay their ICC or CCO dues at the door will have $10 deducted from the dues and be entitled to the discounted membership admission fee at future Tri-Community events.
