Alicia Harris is the founder of Essenc of Healing LLC., a multifaceted organization offering group-based programs for youth and young adults in disadvantaged communities and assisting companies that struggle with employee morale & common workplace problems.
Alicia has proudly served 14+ years in federal service, spending the majority of her career assisting airports nationwide with operational management and workforce development.
In addition, she is a licensed therapist in the state of NJ. For the past 5 years, outside of her federal career, she has devoted time to providing mentorship and mental health therapy to children and young adults and continues to do so. Alicia holds many roles, but her favorite is being a mom to her talented 15-year-old daughter. As a mom, counselor, career coach, and consultant, Alicia’s glass-shattering experiences have allowed her to reach, help improve and transform the lives of many. Alicia joined March 22, 2022

Our goal is to help the world get a better grade for life!
Grades4Life is a nonprofit 501c3 organization dedicated to facilitating programs and technology for local schools organizations, and communities. Our goal is to provide additional opportunities for success by working through the local community and partnerships. Grades4life works with schools, organizations, businesses, and communities with a host of programs that foster engagement in positive social and academic activities. Our goal To serve as a model for a focus on well-rounded youth and citizens by encouraging active participation in socially conscious causes and volunteerism. Through partnerships and collaboration, we are able to get everyone involved with helping everyone get a better grade for life. Grades4life offers technology and programs to help motivate youth towards higher achievements. Moses Oliva - Weichert Realtor
With over 20 years of marketing and advertising experience, Moses knows how to price, promote, and negotiate complex deals while growing lasting relationships. Moses combines his marketing/advertising background with local expertise of the Northern NJ suburban market.
A multi-year recipient of awards from NJ Ad Club and Business Marketing Association as well as as a 5-Star Top Zillow Agent, Moses knows how to promote listings and position buyers to win in competitive multi-offer scenarios.
He serves on the boards of Temple Ner Tamid in Bloomfield, Bridges Outreach in Newark, Columbia High School Scholarship Committee, and a volunteer and headlining sponsor with Out Montclair. Moses joined March 22, 2022
Elaine is a native of Charleston, South Carolina, received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Johnson C. Smith University located in Charlotte, North Carolina. A graduate study in Learning Disabilities was taken at Montclair State University. She was an educator in Newark, New Jersey for the Newark Board of Education for thirty years. She then became Lead Teacher for Montclair State University’s Pre-Collegiate Teaching Academy in Paterson shortly after retiring from Newark. She remained in Paterson for four years. At present, Elaine is an Adjunct Professor at Montclair State University teaching courses related to teaching. She also mentors student teachers.
In 1998– Elaine lost her son to gun violence. In that year 3,792 youth under the age of 19 were killed due to gunviolence, according to the Center for Disease Control. The loss of her only child took a heavy toll on her life. After years of suffering with grief, she founded David’s Shoes a New Jersey Nonprofit Corporation. The program’s aim is to reduce teen violence by encouraging children and youth to honor life. She has developed various programs that give opportunity to students to reflect positively about their lives. Elaine’s dream is to make David’s Shoes’ full program dedicated to uplifting children and parents, making sure our child have roots and wings. Her greatest desire is to be a vehicle of change to at least one teenager. Elaine joined on April 22. 2022
